Watch out Broad Ave, theres a new kid on the block. Salt.Soy was the perfect patio date night. Gluten free options right on the menu, no guessing. Perfect drink/mock-tail pairings, although we expected nothing less with the same ownership as Alchemy, an established mainstay for high-end cocktails in Memphis. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, the food a unique Asian Fusion, and the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and warm. Don’t miss this and don’t forget a reservation because they are HOPPIN. I know Brian and I will be headed back soon!
